Terms of Use
Effective date: 22 September 2026
These terms cover the Aqua Flash game and aquaflash.co.uk, operated by Peter Newing, United Kingdom. Questions or problems: taptopaycrypto@gmail.com.
Playing Aqua Flash
You may use the game for personal, non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these terms and applicable law. The game is suitable for a general audience, including children. If you are a child, ask a parent or carer to help you understand these terms and online play. Nothing here removes the protections the law gives children or consumers.
Play fairly and protect others
Use a nickname that does not identify you personally. Do not use abusive or discriminatory nicknames, impersonate others, harass players, disclose someone’s personal information, cheat in multiplayer, disrupt servers, bypass security, or use the service unlawfully. Do not attempt to access information or systems you are not authorised to access. We may restrict online access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats or legal requirements.
Game content and permission to use it
The game and its artwork, software, names and other content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Rights remain with their respective owners. You may not sell or redistribute the game or its assets without permission, except where a licence or applicable law permits it. Statutory rights, including lawful exceptions for software interoperability, are unaffected.
Online play, saves and availability
Multiplayer needs an internet connection and an available server. Network charges may apply through your provider. Rooms may expire or close, connections may fail, and updates may change gameplay or compatibility. We aim to keep the game working but cannot promise uninterrupted service or preservation of every result or save.
Progress is stored in your app or browser. Clearing storage, changing device or browser, or uninstalling may remove it. The website and mobile apps do not promise automatic save synchronisation. Backups managed by your operating system are separate.
Price and virtual rewards
The current version has no in-app purchases or paid virtual items. In-game credits, upgrades and rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. Any future paid offering will show its price and applicable terms before a purchase.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains local saves, multiplayer information, hosting and support. Your app store, network provider and any custom multiplayer server may have separate terms. We do not control independently operated servers or third-party websites.
Updates and ending use
We may update, maintain or discontinue features for technical, safety or operational reasons. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where practicable. You can stop using the game at any time. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date; changes do not retrospectively remove rights you already have.
Responsibility and your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or business losses from use of a game supplied for personal enjoyment. Your mandatory rights concerning digital content and services remain unaffected.
Resolving problems
Please email taptopaycrypto@gmail.com with a description of the problem. We will try to resolve it fairly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory protections under the law of your place of residence. Nothing here prevents you from bringing proceedings in a court available to you under applicable consumer law.
